Individual Joining Fee of $100 - $47.00 for monthly dues
Family Joining fee is $125 – $64.25 for monthly dues
(The joining fee is a one-time fee as long as you remain a member)
Any person regardless of race, religion, or creed may become an active member by completing a written application and paying dues. The Henderson Family YMCA will not deny participation in any activity because of an individual’s lack of funds. Financial assistance is available to those who complete an application and present income verification. To those who qualify, rates will be adjusted according to income.
There are two kinds of memberships, family and individual. A family membership includes the head of household and all individuals who are being claimed as a tax deduction by the head of the household – adult children under 24 years who are FULL-TIME STUDENTS may be on parents membership . People living in your house who you do not claim as a tax deduction can not be listed as family members on your YMCA membership. An individual membership includes only one person.
Dues are paid monthly through a bank draft of your credit card or checking account or can be paid one year in advance. Some employers offer payroll deduction. If this is available to you this is a great way to pay your dues! You are considered a member of this organization and responsible for all dues, until you come into the YMCA and sign a “cancellation form” at the front desk.
The YMCA Facility and all classes are available to members at no additional expense. Also a discount is given to members for youth sports programs, swimming lessons, and After-School and Summer Day Camp.
Guest Policy: Members may bring guests Friday-Sunday during operating hours. Guest hours are limited Monday-Thursday to BEFORE 3 p.m. due to member usage. A fee of $5 for guests12 and under and a fee of $10 for guests 13years old and older will be collected at the front desk. All guests must sign our guest book upon arrival.
